Uptown Bridge is a service operated by Uptown Creation, LLC ("Uptown", "we", "our"). By using Uptown Bridge you agree to these terms.

1. What Uptown Bridge does

Uptown Bridge connects buyers (people with a business problem they want solved) with sellers (vetted service providers in our network). Buyers can stay anonymous until they choose to reveal their identity to a specific seller.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. Sellers join by invitation only. You are responsible for your account credentials.

3. Conduct

Don't use Uptown Bridge to harass, defraud, or send spam. Don't try to identify buyers before they reveal themselves. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

4. Fees

Uptown Bridge is free for both buyers and sellers in V1. We may introduce paid features in the future; we'll notify you in advance.

5. Disclaimers

Uptown Bridge is a matchmaking service. We don't vouch for the work, claims, or outcomes of any seller or buyer. Any engagement that follows from a match is between you and the other party.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new version. Questions: support@uptown.com.
