This policy describes how Uptown Creation, LLC ("Uptown") collects and uses information when you use Uptown Bridge.

What we collect

• Account info - email, name, password (hashed).
• Buyer profile - company, industry, role, contact info you enter.
• Seller profile - bio, service categories, website, social URLs.
• Briefs & messages - the content you publish or send.
• Usage - basic logs (timestamps, error reports) to keep the service running.

Who sees what

Buyer identity (name, company, email, LinkedIn, phone) is hidden from sellers until the buyer explicitly reveals it on a specific conversation. Industry, company size, and role are visible to invited sellers as part of the brief.

Seller profile data (display name, headline, bio, categories, links) is visible to buyers on every proposal.

Service providers

We use Supabase (auth + database hosting), Resend (transactional email), and GitHub Pages (static site hosting). These vendors process data on our behalf under their own terms.

Your choices

You can edit your profile data anytime in the dashboard. Email support@uptown.com to request export or deletion.
